We are pleased to offer numerous sponsorship web solutions, such as:
For maximum brand positioning, exposure, and interactive networking opportunities, you will have the opportunity to exhibit your product during the conference;
this way your organisation will stand out at our premier event services through targeted publicity to all attendees.
You can customize the conference bags and lanyards, or exclusively sponsor the registration desk or business appointments, in order to secure a maximum publicity to your brand during the meeting.
Following the Conference, authors will have the option of submitting their papers for review to high-level refereed journals.
If you are interested in selecting the papers presented at RSS meetings, you can contact us and agree with the best solution for publication.
Since 2007, in excess of 1000 papers that were presented in oral and poster sessions of the Road Safety and Simulation Conferences have been published in several special issues of high-level journals in the field of Road Safety.
At the conference paper submission stage, authors can also indicate whether they wish their papers to be considered for publication in one of these special issues.
Based on this self-selection, as well as considering the scope and review scores, the scientific committee will invite the authors of selected papers to submit an extended and updated version of the paper directly to the journals’ websites.
A separate and additional review round, based on the review policy of each journal, will be conducted for the papers considered for different special issues.
